Conclusion

The SIGN Stack is sovereign Digital Public Infrastructure for the AI era: it lets a government adopt blockchain technology and AI while keeping control of its identity, money, records, and decisions. Its four building blocks, Digital Identity and Credentials, Digital Currency & Stablecoin Infrastructure, the Public Services Platform, and Sovereign AI Infrastructure, share one data and evidence layer: Sign DataHub. Together they carry the national payments, asset tokenization, and free zone initiatives and the services governments could build next, and regulators supervise the resulting activity with the same tools (Real-Time Supervision).

The next government will be software-defined. Residents will deal with one platform instead of dozens of offices, a fact proved once will be trusted everywhere, departments will collect data once and share it with proof, rules will apply the same way everywhere because they run as code, AI will prepare the work at any hour while officials decide, money will settle in seconds and carry its purpose, and every record will be provable to anyone entitled to check it. Our direction is for these layers to become national utilities: one trust registry and one DataHub through which every agency shares data and records evidence, a central bank ledger that takes over settlement from legacy systems, one front door for every public service, and AI workflows that run across agencies under the same controls. A government can get there in stages, starting with one program and accepting each stage on evidence it checks itself, while keys, records, and the path to exit stay under its control, and in our preferred model the source code and the skills to run the system pass to its own people at handover.
